This will be done In-Person, and is the perfect start to building the perfect Program for you! Not only will I assess you in the saddle, but also off of the horse - going through various Tests to assess strengths and weaknesses.
A combination of In-Person Sessions & Online Coaching to help keep you accountable, motivated and progressing in your Fitness Training. You will have constant communication access with me, and the ability to add-on even more 1-on-1 sessions at a discounted price. Great for local Riders!
